We are currently seeking to fill a Sr ESG Analyst - Windows Systems position for our client in Deerfield, IL. We invite you to review the position requirements below and apply today if your skills match our need.

Salary: $63,000 - $95,000

Overview:
The selected candidate will provide superior technical skills and knowledge as it related to Windows based servers. This will also required detailed knowledge of Citrix to figure out ways to improve processes and make the environment perform at peak efficiency.

Responsibilities:
- Architecture, implementation and management of windows based hardware and software with a key emphasis on Citrix
- Ensure acceptable service levels for any services running on Windows server hardware as well as any applications associated with the Windows platform.
- Responsible for implementing standards and processes

Specific Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in MIS/IT or Computer Science
- Certifications in Citrix CCIA/CCEA
- Minimum of 5 years of technical experience configuring and supporting enterprise wide distributed computing environments.
- Experience in administration of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, EMail (SMTP/Exchange) and SNMP monitoring
- Must have 5+ years experience designing, implementing and supporting Citrix MetaFrame solutions in an enterprise environment with a focus on high availability
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to easily make sense of complex issues
- Skilled in the preparation and delivery of project documentation
