PeopleSoft Sr. HRIS Analyst - Cape Canaveral, Florida

The Corporate Headquarters Human Resource group of IAP Worldwide Services, Inc. in Cape Canaveral Florida is currently seeking an experienced PeopleSoft Sr. HRIS Analyst. This role will be engaged in the support of our Benefits, Open Enrollment and Payroll Interface processing and will provide a high level of visible leadership and expertise on special projects both domestic and international in nature. Interested individuals must demonstrate the ability to identify and communicate business requirements while overseeing the development, testing and implementation of defined requirements or system modifications. This individual will also be responsible for the highest level of troubleshooting of both software and hardware problems and work closely with IAP's internal IT department in the resolution of PeopleSoft related functional and technical issues.

The successful candidate will possess a minimum of 6 years experience as a HRIS Analyst with a minimum of 2 years in PeopleSoft HR systems. Experience in Peoplesoft Benefits Administration, security administration or workflow as well as the ability to write reports using Query and Crystal Reports are desired.df-tc
