Well known investment bank is looking for a Senior Help Desk Technician with around 5 years relevant experience. The responsibilities include :
- Ability to support, troubleshoot, and resolve internal and external client production calls - Responsible for logging, documenting and reporting daily help desk calls - Knowledge of WinXP (including Service Pack 2), WinNT, Win2000, MS Office, Lotus Notes, and some mainframe knowledge - Excellent client service and telephone skills required.
