Description
Genesis10 is seeking a Senior Identity Management Developer in Milwaukee for a 6 month contract.
Essential Functions (Responsibilities):
The Identity Management Senior Developer is responsible for owning development projects / tasks in the Identity Manager / account provisioning space using Sun Identity Manager, with occasional leadership of small (1-3 person) groups through the development cycle.

Mentoring team members in defined Best Practices and Standards

Designing and developing in Java and Sun IdM Xpress scripting language

Configuring Workflows and Rules

Contributing to overall team direction and practices
Qualifications/Requirements:
Strong experience in enterprise application development. Independent debugging/researching skills. Good interpersonal, written/verbal communication, organizational, and leadership skills.

3+ Years practical experience with Web application development.

6+ Years practical development experience with Object Oriented language(s).

Strong problem solving and debugging skills.

Strong knowledge of JSP/Servlets

Strong Java Skills

Strong XML Skills

Good Relational Database Skills

Good HTML and Javascript Skills

Experience with Object Oriented Design and UML

Developed applications running in BEA WebLogic, IBM WebSphere, Tomcat, or JBoss.

Willingness to learn and work with SUN Identity Manager=E2=80=99s proprietary scripting language (XML Based).

Self motivated, able to multitask projects and manage own time in a fast paced environment.

Ability to head a group of developers.

Willingness to go outside of the box with the Sun Identity Manager product
