Description
Genesis10 is seeking a Senior Identity Management Developer in Milwaukee for a 6 month contract.
Essential Functions (Responsibilities):
The Identity Management Senior Developer is responsible for owning development projects / tasks in the Identity Manager / account provisioning space using Sun Identity Manager, with occasional leadership of small (1-3 person) groups through the development cycle.
- Mentoring team members in defined Best Practices and Standards
- Designing and developing in Java and Sun IdM Xpress scripting language
- Configuring Workflows and Rules
- Contributing to overall team direction and practices
Qualifications/Requirements:
Strong experience in enterprise application development. Independent debugging/researching skills. Good interpersonal, written/verbal communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
- 3+ Years practical experience with Web application development.
- 6+ Years practical development experience with Object Oriented language(s).
- Strong problem solving and debugging skills.
- Strong knowledge of JSP/Servlets
- Strong Java Skills
- Strong XML Skills
- Good Relational Database Skills
- Good HTML and Javascript Skills
- Experience with Object Oriented Design and UML
- Developed applications running in BEA WebLogic, IBM WebSphere, Tomcat, or JBoss.
- Willingness to learn and work with SUN Identity Manager-s proprietary scripting language (XML Based).
- Self motivated, able to multitask projects and manage own time in a fast paced environment.
- Ability to head a group of developers.
- Willingness to go outside of the box with the Sun Identity Manager product
