ACS Government Health Care is seeking candidates with experience in large scale government health care engagements. ACS is currently seeking a Senior J2EE Architect (Application design and development). This senior level position is expected to provide thought leadership in the development and governance of Standards and Guidelines, and Reference Architectures as they relate to Web-based product development using J2EE and IBM Web Sphere Tool Suite. The Candidate will be responsible for leading, from an organizational perspective, the design and development of J2EE-based products and components with a focus on reuse. This individual will provide architectural leadership and guidance to several different application development groups. The candidate will evaluate current capabilities and develop enterprise wide standards that meet the needs of the business. The candidate will also be the driving force behind migration of current applications to a single, consistent platform across the entire product suite.
