Description
This Sr. Java/J2EE programmer will be an intricate individual in making sure projects are completed on time and before the deadline. This individual will be working on financial applications some in which are currently written and others that need to be created. This senior Java/J2EE programmer will be involved in the FULL SDLC. As their Sr. Java/J2EE Programmer you will be interacting with users and IT staff to provide effective business analysis and application development to formulate project scope and objectives, meet business requirements, and direct & control all aspects of project development to successful completion. Provide technical expertise, expertly written code, status reporting, work plans, documentation, test conditions, and develop alternative business solutions utilizing shop standards to insure project success.

Experience/Skills
This Senior Java/J2EE programmer will have at least a Bachelors Degree in computer science or equivalent. This Sr. J2EE Programmer must have 9+ years experience in Java (J2EE technologies -- JavaBeans, Servlets, JSP, JDBC, Swing and Struts) XML, SOAP, JBOSS, Apache, Unix, and Oracle PL/SQL. This J2EE programmer must be self motivated, creative and possess excellent communication and strong analytical skills to transform user requests into system solutions.
