Description
Essential Duties & Responsibilities

1. Coordinates and performs day to day network administrative tasks including installation, configuration, maintenance, upgrades, and troubleshooting.
2. Serves as focal point for all problem resolution activities from remote locations to the help desk in home office.
3. Provides second level support for LAN related problems.
4. Coordinates and performs complex LAN maintenance/repairs of desktop and laptopequipment.
5. Mentors and assists in training of newer LAN administrators.
6. Participates in the development of LAN related administrative procedures and monitors for compliance.
7. May participate in evaluation of LAN related software and upgrades.

May perform additional duties as assigned.

2. Ability to work independently, makes independent decisions, prioritize, and manage multiple priorities.

3. Good analytical and problem solving skills.

5. Strong interpersonal and communication skills required to interact effectively with clients, systems staff, consultants, and vendors.


Education & Experience

Education and Experience: 1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline or equivalent. Applicable certification preferred.
2. Minimum of four to six years experience in LAN or related field.df-tc
