Right now, Oriental Trading Company, Inc. is seeking a Senior Lotus NotesAdministrator to be responsible for the technical specification evaluations and recommendations for the enterprise’s Lotus Notes environment. This encompasses all areas of enterprise wide Lotus Notes availability, system configuration, troubleshooting, security, resource monitoring, and capacity planning to support the corporate business plan. The incumbent will maintain successful systems operation of the enterprise’s email and Lotus Notes application systems, striving for and maintaining a 99.999% up time for business customers. Finally, the individual will provide strategic recommendations to the Network Manager for the Lotus Notes and the adjunct Blackberry environment.

The ideal candidate will possess:
· A Bachelors Degree in Information Systems or related area.
· 3-5 years of previous Lotus Notes experience including knowledge of Domino and Lotus Notes messaging, Lotus Script and Lotus Formula language, and Blackberry server and devices is required
· Excellent verbal and written communication, analytical, customer service, and interpersonal skills
· The ability to participate in an on-call rotation schedule
