Title: Sr Network Security Specialist

Location: Woonsocket, RI

Duration: 3 month contract to hire

Job Description:

The security specialist will advise leadership of potential security threats and mitigation strategies and review multiple metrics, correlate anomalies that impact multiple systems, determine root causes and implement corrective action. Selected candidate will analyze security environment, developing security measures for data to safeguard confidentiality and integrity of information. This role is approximately 80% project work and 20% support for implementation and assessment of IT security You will work closely with managers to ensure all assigned team members have adequate resources and training for assignments.

Required Skills:

- Experience with Checkpoint/Nokia & Cisco Pix design, installation & support
- Familiarity with UNIX technologies (Sun & Solaris)
- Strong documentation skills, both policy & procedures
- Internal/external audit experience (SAS70, HIPAA, ISO9000)
- RSA Support
- Support of an LDAP environment
- VPN (site-to-site & client)

Desired Skills:

- ESM/ITA/SCSP implementation & support experience
- Siteminder/Identity Manager supportdf-tc
