Our client is located in Santa Monica and is looking for a Sr.Oracle DBA to perform ongoing database administration, maintenance, troubleshooting, tuning, installation, backup/recovery, and data migration of Oracle databases running on Unix servers.

Experience/Skills
-Minimum of 5+ years experience performing Oracle administration including version 8, 9, and 10.
-Be familiar with Unix shell programming.
-Proven experience with Oracle features such as RAC, RMAN, Data Guard, partitioning, streams, replication, and parallel processing.
-Demonstrated strong working experience of database administration, backup and recovery, modeling, tuning, monitoring, and security within the last 3 years.
-Solid understanding of database and data warehouse design.
-B.S. degree in Computer Science or related field.
