Description Skills required :-

Experience in technical or functional consulting implementing Peoplesofts eRecruit application for one of our Professional Services clients. We have multiple openings across the US for contract, contractor for hire & Permanent openings. We are assisting this client with their Technical or Functional Peoplesoft Solutions engagements where they need solid consultants with experience implementing the following modules;

Peoplesoft eRecruit 8.8 or 8.9 preferred

Work 4 day work weeks for this consulting client with the ability to work virtual when you are not on the client site. Must be willing to travel Monday thru Thursday.

QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Customer Service Skills required
2. At least 4 years of eRecruit PeopleSoft HRMS implementation experience required.
3. Full life-cycle Recruitment experience required
4. Analytical & Problem Solving skills required
5. PeopleSoft module training skills desired
6. Must be able to handle multiple tasks concurrently
7. Strong organizational skills required
8. Communications and documentation skills required
9. Human Resources functional experience desired
10. Knowledge of database concepts and reporting tools desired
B.S. or B.A. degree preferred

Responsibilities:-
Must have Prior consulting experience
Gathering end user requirements
Developing process flows
Documenting solution
Developing functional specifications
Conducting integration testing
User acceptance testing

Consulting experience is a big plus!

Relocation is not required since the client works under the virtual office model, so as long as you are close to an airport and willing to travel M-Th any location in the US is open.df-tc
