Description
This position exists in the company to support TRP Operations personnel with accurate and updated procedures, help systems, and training materials as well as supporting various departments in getting their information on the Intranet to use for a reference and/or job tools. The position is highly interactive with all involved parties of new and existing projects in support of the job performance of internal and external clients with the latest informational digital content. Information must be pulled from several different individuals and then presented as a whole, requiring a person in this position to communicate well, have a good design, provide well-explained information, and be able to use Instructional Systems Development (ISD) and Human Performance Improvement (HPI) perspective for projects.

1. Technical Writing/Web Publishing - Analyze, design, develop, implement, evaluate, and ongoing maintenance of:

Online procedures
Computer Based Training (CBT)/Web Based Training (WBT)
Intranet Content
Web Pages
Help Systems
Training Materials
Communication

2. Management of projects to include:

Communication with different groups
Coordinating meetings with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs)
Review of materials, research, training, and other info.
Coordinating completion and delivery of all associated deliverables

3. Experience and knowledge of TRPs business practices as well as the financial industry.

4. Keep abreast with industry and technology standards by attending conferences, seminars, training, etc. to apply to our performance support job skills and tools.

5. When the manager of our group is not available, represent our group at meetings in her place and perform other duties as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelors in related field or 5 years related work experience.
Masters Degree in related field preferred
3 - 5 years of experience in the financial services industry
1 3 year web publishing experience (HTML, Javascript)

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to handle many tasks simultaneously
