Description
Solid 5 years demonstrated Performance Testing and LoadRunner knowledge including:
. Senior, journeyman level performance and load test technical specialist, i.e. performance testing technical Subject Matter Expert
. Provide in depth, hands-on technical support for Image Exchange, and other projects as assigned
. Extensive experience load testing web-based applications
. Extensive knowledge of LoadRunner, Version 7.5 or higher
. Senior level experience performing all activities in the performance testing life cycle:
. Interfacing with client personnel at all levels: management and team members, business and technical staff
. Soliciting performance testing specific requirements
. Ability to adjust load testing requirements based on changing project needs
. Participation in developing formal load testing strategy and plan
. Definition of load test environment
. Performance testing script design
. Script development (Web, Client-Server, Java)
. Scenario design and development
. Load test execution
. Analysis of load test results, including recommendations
. Defect management
. Preparation of performance testing documentation
. Experience with Test Load Farm configuration / set up
. Experience with remote set-up and execution; pc anywhere, Terminal Service Client, Net Meeting, SMS
. Development and maintenance of LoadRunner User Defined functions
. Ability to work at Command Line - MS-DOS SHELL, CSHELL level of coding
. Working knowledge of network and operating systems such as Win2000, Unix/Linux
. Experience using Parameterization and Correlation
. Experience setting up automation environment (compiled modules, Actions breakdown , coding standards, scenarios scheduling)
. Experience building comprehensive scenarios of LoadRunner (combination of multiple Vuser types)
. Experience with Manual Correlation and utilizing Auto Correlation During & After recording
. An ability to configure monitors for Web , Application and DB servers and analyze the results of monitoring
. Providing recommendations / suggestions for tuning environment based on load testing results
. Knowledge of proof of concept procedures

BANKING KNOWLEDGE: Demonstrated Banking experience - not required but a plus
. Specific knowledge of Banking products and services
. Experience working with banking applications would be a definite plus
. Experience working at CLIENT would be a definite plus

GENERAL:
. Journeyman level performance testing process and Mercury LoadRunner tool expert
. Ability to work on multiple projects at the same time
. Ability to work with minimal to no direction
. Good client interface skills
. Good written and oral communication skills; may be required to work or support activities across multiple locations, including international
. Ability to work effectively in a team environment
. Organized
. Ability to mentor and transfer knowledge to others
. Ability to work in rapidly changing, fast-paced environment
. Available to work extra hours, non-standard, weekend, and/or anywhere across 24x7 schedule, as needed
