Rewarding position as Sr Product Manager for a well known, high tech organization. This software company offers a culture of work/life balance and excellent compensation package. Successful candidates will apply minimum 6 years of enterprise software product experience with at least 3 years of experience in product management. Must have experience with proven instances of balancing multiple projects. The candidate must have a deep understanding of the software development cycle. Experience presenting product features, benefits and value proposition to prospects, customers, & sales channels. They must have a bachelor's degree business, marketing, computer science. MBA preferred. The candidate will drive product direction, strategy and definition to closure through a collaborative definition and prioritization. They must develop a direct a 5 year strategic vision for your product areas and xxx's HCM suite. They will conduct primary market and customer research and perform in-depth customer reviews to understand business challenges. Create PRDs describing product functionality including detailed use cases and task flows, as well as non-functional requirements. The right candidate will team up with product marketing to create quality source materials and presentations for both internal and external communications.
