JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Senior Programmer Analyst is responsible for production support of the TRP AWD (Automated Work Distributor) environment. AWD is the TRP application that allows the back end office servicing of client account information and transactions. This position requires interacting with multiple business units to ensure a stable environment. This position will also be responsible for proactively investigating efficiencies and optimization of the production environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Ensures a stable production environment for the AWD product by proactively monitoring, investigating new methods of proactive support, and collaborating with various TRPIT resources and DST for solutions and recommendations on optimization and efficiency. Stays abreast of industry best practices and shares that knowledge with team members and business users.

2. Assist other team members with support of Third Party applications when necessary. This will be determined by workload and production priorities.

3. Supports the AWD product by taking responsibility for on-call issues and communicating with the vendor regarding problems (when necessary), to ensure the system is functioning. Ability to prioritize issues and bring issues to resolution.

4. Collaborates within their team to provide status updates, discuss issues and determine best approach to ongoing support.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
College Degree and 2 years related work experience OR a minimum of 6 years related work experience.df-tc
