Title : Senior Programmer Analyst Role : VB Developer Location : Annapolis Junction, MD Duration : Long Term ( 1+ years at least) Security Clearance : Required (SF-86) Travel requirement : Primary location is Annpolis but Occasional travel may be required to Richmond. Analyzes and evaluates existing or proposed systems, and devises computer programs, systems and related procedures to process data. Prepare and assist in problem analysis and submits recommendations for solution, implements proof of concept, prepares program specifications and diagrams and develops coding logic flow, process, data and system charts. Encodes, test, debugs, integrate, document and install the operating programs and procedures in coordination with the Requirements, Testing, Training and Implementation, Customer Support/Operations and user departments. Experience 6-8 years professional experience. Fully competent professional. 1-3 years professional experience may be substituted with a Master?s Degree and skills in the particular field of specification. SKILL MATRIX Specific Skill Yrs. Exp.
