Our Team is tasked with Revenue Capture Enhancement through the deployment of ePREMIS (Claims Scrubber) and Ingenix (Claims Manager). Currently in production in multiple regions, we are tasked with deploying these products nationally. Our National Team has been mandated to utilize the KP - HealthConnect methodology to standardize our build(s) and deliver consistent functionality across all KP regions. PM will establish, track, and manage project expectations for application deployment, focusing on improving the current processes to improve efficiency of product delivery. Provide timely communications (verbal and written) to leadership, project teams, and business clients as appropriate. Available and approachable as ad hoc user support/training and/or application resource during Go Live and when present at KP locations. Provide defined project support during all phases: Pre-Go-Live, Go-Live, Post-Go-Live. Partnership with Business Implementation team to assure success of implementation. Travel through out KP region's as needed for deployment. Responsible for setting strategic direction of projects and developing project plans that provide high quality and cost effective project management. This is the second job in a three level Project Manager Ladder. At the second level, the Project Manager is responsible for leading projects of complex scope where analysis of data requires an in-depth evaluation of various factors. Manager manages project time line by providing status reports and statistics of the development and deployment of the Technology. Escalating of any project issues to senior management and managing risks. Standardizing and monitoring the HealthConnect project management methodology's, managing funding and budget process. Assuring that project adheres to Release Management Process and Managing the Change Process within Project. Participate in the development and maintenance of performance metrics, measurements, methods, and targets; assist in identifying performance improvement opportunities. The Manager will be required to know or learn KP HealthConnects program and process methodology and to execute it within the established KP and KP-IT organizational framework and oversight processes. Ideal candidates will: Have experience managing the implementation of healthcare and/or EDI system(s): Specifically Claims Management and Remittance experience. Good knowledge of electronic medical Claim Submission processes and industry standard's (835's 837's etc.), or of Rules and Edits as they pertain to Claim Management. A strong technical background as a former development lead, focusing on web based technologies and/or client-server technologies. Management of Unix/Oracle infrastructure, strong integration experience and management of packaged software deployments is a must. Be a strong problem solver, able to manage aggressive timelines, and think out of the box to handle issues that arise from multiple internal and external project dependencies. Must be experienced in client relationship management: diplomatic skills are a must in this position!
