Description
Responsibilities: Design, develop and ultimately deliver software solutions reflective of requirements and in alignment with committed schedules. Produce detailed technical specifications based on requirements, design, and defect reviews. Expect to work on multiple modules and provide support for several product versions. Work collaboratively with and provide technical expertise to Test Engineering and Product Management and leadership and mentoring to fellow team members. Candidates are expected to be self-sufficient and take complete ownership of the assigned modules. As a member of a product team - responsible for shipping high quality product on time with complete scope.

Qualifications: Candidates must possess 8+ years of software development experience, and come from commercial software, ISV, ASP or other high-tech companies. Candidates with recent 6-10 years of C++, Java or similar OO languages are highly preferred. In-depth understanding of NET Framework, strong architecture and OO design skills, and expert C# and T-SQL skills are required. Previous experience shipping Windows based products and exposure to commercial software development methodologies, test driven development, MSF and XP is desirable as is experience providing leadership and mentoring, and involvement in developing of high availability transaction and/or workflow systems. Candidate must write and present well and be able to adapt to high-pressure but progressive and agile environment.df-tc
