Are you seeking a position with visibility and opportunity to make an impact on REI-s use of Web technologies? Working under minimal supervision, this challenging position will work on complex issues to adapt new Internet/Web technologies and apply them to REI business applications.

Responsibilities:
- Configure and manage the infrastructure to support deployment and operation of REI Web sites.
- Develop new or improve existing REI business solutions using Internet/Web technologies.
- Manage and maintain contents of REI Internet and internal Web sites, perform user-s support and system maintenance, ensure integrity of Web/Internet infrastructure, formulate user requirements into specification and design Web pages/graphics/video accordingly. Ensure Web site uptime, monitor and generate Web traffic reports.
- Support REI business operations with platform selection/adaptation, perform technical programming and database development.
- Project management on Web development projects covering entire SDLC (software development life cycle), including new project initiation (i.e. promoting internal interest and present potential process improvement solutions, etc.)
- Perform analysis related to IT governance and Website performance (i.e. vendor software evaluation, Web traffic, Web marketing campaigns, etc.)
- Support Web marketing activities related to coding, keyword ranking, search engine optimization, etc.

Experience/Skills
Requires Bachelor degree in engineering or computer science preferred with minimum 8 years of experience in system analysis and Web development; or Master-s degree with minimum 6 years of experience in system analysis and Web development.<br />Experience to include 2+ years in project management.<br />Requires Intermediate MS Office skills and JavaScript, ASP, .NET, Access, SQL, Windows Server, IIS (MicroSoft Web server), HTML graphics and video editing tools (Microsoft, Macromedia). <br />Adobe or Pinnacle Tools, WebSphere Portal , J2EE, Java, JSP, Lotus Collaboration, Internet Networking, Web marketing, , information security and compliance (ISMS and SOX) a plus.<br />Good interpersonal and communication skills with ability to clearly present technical information and provide excellent customer service.<br />Must be detail oriented to provide precise documentation and reports.<br /><br /><br />Ricoh Electronics, Inc. offers advanced training, challenging assignments, competitive compensation, an employee-empowered work environment, and outstanding benefits including a 401(k) plan with a generous employer match and a discretionary profit sharing contribution.<br /><br />For consideration, submit your resume to: jobs@rei.ricoh.com<br /><br />For additional information please visit our website at www.rei.ricoh.com<br />AA/EOE
