SUBJECT MATTER SPECIALIST: ATP TEST LEAD- a person that has created test plans for Broadcast or cable facilities. Can manage a small team of 5 engineers to complete test plan. Experience writing reports with results of test plans and corrective action plans. Excellent Customer management skills, must manage VZ and MOT setting expectations. LOOSLEY BASED ON THE FOLLOWING: Experienced candidate with expertise in a wide and diversified variety of areas including but not limited to: Modern CableTV head- end systems, analog and digital RF signal data stream compression, fiber distribution systems, television systems design and documentation, baseband, compressed analog and digital video and audio, LAN's and general Network technologies, automation systems, project planning and budgeting.df-tc
