Description
?Experience administering and maintaining installations of UNIX (AIX, Solaris), Microsoft Windows 2000 and 2003 Server, Microsoft .NET , Portal software (IBM WebSphere Portal or Microsoft Sharepoint Portal preferred), content management software (Microsoft SiteServer, Vignette, Content@, IBM WebSphere Content Manager, or equivalent).
?Experience integrating and supporting web security products (Netegrity Siteminder, IBM WebSphere J2EE Security, J2SE).
?Experience administering and maintaining J2EE application servers (IBM WebSphere Application Server strongly preferred), WebSphere Network Deployment Server, HTTP front-end servers (Apache, Microsoft IIS), COGNOS suite.
?Familiar with IBM WebSphere Business Integration products, IBM WebSphere MQ Series products, Intel-based server platforms, IBM AIX hardware platforms, Solaris SPARC-based hardware, and VMWare virtual server instances.
?Experience using tools such as SiteScope, Web Trends, and other Mercury monitoring products for troubleshooting, administrative, and reporting purposes.

In addition:
?Must be comfortable in working under the pressure of delivering quality results within schedule deadlines.
?Must be comfortable working in a hosting environment that requires 24x7 support, and able to be on-call for a week at a time.
?Should be an excellent communicator and cooperative project team member.
?Must be able to document administrative processes and procedures.df-tc
