Description:

As a Senior Recruiter for Visto Corporation, you will be responsible for managing the full-life cycle recruitment for a variety of functional departments. Responsibilities include working with management in the development of job objectives and descriptions. In addition, you will be responsible for sourcing, qualifying, interviewing and closing candidates.

** Proven success as technical recruiter within corporate environment
** High energy, highly motivated, and self-directed in face paced environment
** Excellent verbal and written communication skills



Educational Requirements:
- BA/BS Degree required



Skills & Required Experience:
- Strong technical recruiting background in corporate environment
- 7 - 10 years of full-life cycle recruiting: req development, sourcing, interviewing, reference checks, offer development and offer extension.
- Proven track record of hiring best of breed technical talent
