Note : The maximum pay rate is $ 60 to 65/hr on W2 (all inclusive)

Need candidates preferably from healthcare insurance background. Has experence in handling multiple projects worth a million or more. Will handle a team of 20 people.Soft skills are very important. Flexible to quickly adapt to new project environment, PMP and experienced with structured PMO environment. Good communicators.

Senior Project Managers will enable successful Project delivery through disciplined project management processes and close collaboration with business partners, project realization team members and various IT functions. Senior Project Managers will be required to know or learn KP-IT's project and process methodology and to execute it within the established KP and KP-IT organizational framework and oversight processes.

The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for delivery of all phases of the project life cycle for the Northwest.

Responsibilities include:
Project analysis and definition
Develop detailed project plan, scope, risks, and assumptions
Recommend and manage project team members
Communicate project status to appropriate management levels
Identify and resolve project issues
Control project scope and budget
Ensures QA processes are followed
Ensures client/end-user satisfaction with the performance practices for project deliverables

Qualifications
Requires 5+ years experience of managing medium scale projects and teams
Proven track record of producing and meeting plans and schedules for variety of technical projects
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Knowledge of Kaiser Permanente Project Methodology preferred.
