Job Summary: We currently have an opening for a Senior Analyst, HR Technology in our Parsippany, New Jersey location. This position will be responsible for the business specifications, testing and support of Daiichi Sankyo's application tracking system, SAP Personnel Development module, SAP Learning Solutions module and various vendor interfaces. This position will provide complex analysis, verification and data integrity.

Responsibilities: In this role, you will develop specifications and implement system enhancements in order to meet evolving user requirements, including recommendations for new HR applications. You will provide design requirements to specific SAP HCM modules and other HR technology applications. You will provide support in the development of specifications for internal and external interfaces to and from all HR technology applications. You will ensure that our Applicant Tracking System runs efficiently for candidates, hiring managers and recruiters, and develop technical specifications for bi-directional interfaces from this system and SAP. You will assist in developing SAP queries using multiple reporting tools, and design complex SAP queries using COGNOS, Excel, Access, Crystal queries, SAP Query and BW reporting. Additionally, you will submit government mandated organizational data reports and statistical analysis to the Department of Labor and maintain federal government contractor compliance for DSI. This includes managing and administering DSI's Affirmative Action Plan, Vets-100, EEO-1 and other Department of Labor reporting.

Education/Experience: Qualified candidates will have a Bachelor's degree with a Technical degree preferred. Some college or specialized education in Management, Human Resources, Computer Science or a related field is required. You must have a minimum of 2-3 years database experience, including at least 1-2 years in Applicant Tracking System administration. HR generalist or recruiting background, and SAP HCM experience, is a plus. You must be experienced in HR technology and practices, database elements, relationship and query concepts and reporting writing. Advanced Excel skills are required. Strong math, technical, and multi-tasking skills are essential. Strong knowledge of employment and federal contractor laws is also important. Additionally, you must be proficient in developing reports, creating technical and functional specifications, and have a strong understanding of various databases. Strong analytical skills, and the ability to interpret non-technical user requests are required.df-tc
