SR. ANALYST/PROGRAMMER





POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES






Design, code, test, debug, modify and document new or existing application programs within accepted standards, procedures and guidelines.




Meet with users to determine needs; writes program and/or system specifications and guidelines for systems.




Assists in the evaluation of user requests for changes to determine specific tasks and effects on existing programs and systems; discusses and explains program and system modifications to users and writes user guides.




Analyzes changes, enhancements and/or systems designs to ensure confidentiality, data integrity and availability.




Identifies researches and resolves program, data or system software problems, frequently on an individual basis in consultation with other staff and/or users.




MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS



The successful candidate should have, in addition to a broad business background and strong analytical skills:




At least two years of college or Associates Degree




At least 3 years development experience in developing Desktop and Web applications using VB.NET, and ASP.NET




Experience developing Reports using Crystal Reports 9 or higher




IT background in documenting and analyzing business processes and needs,




Experience designing Relational Databases: SQL Server 2000, MS Access




Good interpersonal communicaitons and English language skills




Experience with MS Office 2003




Five (5) years or more overall application development experience.







PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS






A four year degree or higher,




Documenting RFPs scope of work,




Good business writing and presentation skills,




Java Script, HTML, JAVA, JSP,




Actuate Report Writer,




Document Management Experience, and




Experience developing new software specifications.df-tc
