Looking for Sr. Analyst for top Medical Device Company!

Adecco Engineering and Technical Services is seeking to find a Sr. Analyst for one of their top Medical Device clients in the Sorrento Valley Area. This position is a temp to hire opportunity and we are looking for candidates ASAP!

The right candidate will be responsible for project management, process improvement, application support/development and Business Intelligence functions within the Company's Finance Organization.

Description
The Senior Analyst enhances and supports several SQL Server based reporting and analysis solutions that pull data from Legacy and SAP source systems. The Senior Analyst also works with Noetix, Excel and MS Access to support Legacy systems and provide ad hoc reporting and analysis for various customers. The Senior Analyst takes the lead role to understand user requirements, and then design, build, test and support reporting solutions.

Key responsibilities
Maintain and enhance SQL Server, Noetix, MS Access and Excel based reporting systems
Provide timely support and resolution of issues received from user community
Develop functional and technical requirements specification documentation
Participate in solution testing
Execution of change management functions
Develop training and communication plans and mediums
General application support functions

Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in IT/Computer Science, Math/Science, or Business Administration,
Min. 8 Years hand-on business environment experience dealing with report development and relational database design/analysis
Minimum 4 Years Hand-On Experience with Microsoft Access & Microsoft Excel
Minimum of 2 Years Hands-On Development Experience with SQL 2005: Database, Integration Services, Analysis Services, and Reporting Services
Minimum 2 Years experience with Noetix Query server administration desired
Experience documenting and interpreting user and technical requirements
Knowledge of project management and SDLC methodology
Excellent analytic and communication skills
Ability to serve as liaison between functional and technical groups
Prior experience managing application change/enhancement processes
Proven ability to build user relationships
Must have in depth SQL Server Experience, SQL 2005 or higher
DBA Experience preferred
SSIS and SSAS experience needed.
