Description
Synopsis of Position: As a member of an GCAS application development team, the candidate will work closely with requirements managers, architects, testers, other developers and business partners. The candidate will evaluate feasibility, determine impacted system components, produce design documents and develop technical solutions for application change requests. The candidate will also resolve defects identified in Product Test and Quality Assurance/User Acceptance Test. A thorough knowledge of Java, WSAD and Oracle is required.
Required Degrees/Majors/Accreditations/Skills: B.S. in Computer Science or related discipline with 3+ years of application development work
experience in Java. Good analytical and communication skills.

Desired Degrees/Majors/Accreditations/Skills: 5+ years of total application development experience. Good knowledge of Websphere, Rational
ClearCase, ClearQuest and MS Office products. Sun certifications in Javadf-tc
