Description
The role of the Sr. Application Architect on the Callidus program will be to serve as the main point of contact between the business and application teams. The primary functions that this resource will fill are translating business requirements and needs to functional and system needs within the Callidus-TrueComp incentive compensation management application. In addition, this resource will lead validation activities throughout the software development lifecycle (for both enhancement and defects), be responsible for working with the business to prioritize and outline timeframes for enhancement releases, serve as the entry point for WR's, provide consultation and serve as a main POC for the business in guiding decisions, and serve as a key resource in assisting with work estimates.
