Sr. Application Developer - VB.NET, SQL Server, SharePoint, SSIS, AJAX

Based in beautiful Irvine, CA, we are a fast growing and financially strong healthcare organization that specializes in improving medical infrastructures for hospitals all over the country. Due to growth, we are currently looking to hire for a Sr. Application Developer.

Job Specifications
Work as part of our internal Application Development team
Work with business users to define and augment functional specifications
Coordinate with all users to ensure development efforts provide business value.
Provide input to the design of IT systems.
Create timely project status reporting for our customers
Develop reports and other BI applications
Assist in the Support and extension of our SharePoint environment

Must Have Skills
1.) Minimum of 5-7 years experience developing Enterprise class transactional applications - Must be strong with owning an application from concept to implementation including Front-end and Back-end development.

2.) Must have strong development experience of Web-Based applications using VB.Net Framework (3.5) and ASP.NET.

3.) Current Microsoft Technologies and Development Platforms, including Team Systems

4.) SQL Server 2005, 2008 (Database, TSQL)

Nice to Have Skills:
*Development of Microsoft SharePoint Webparts is a huge plus.
*SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) is a huge plus.
*AJAX and JavaScript is a huge plus.
*Healthcare industry experience is helpful

Non Technical Qualifications
Strong knowledge of software development life cycle.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong documentation skills
4 Year college degree in computer science, MIS, or CIS
Healthcare and General Hospital Operations knowledge preferred
