Description
Computer Aid, Inc. (CAI), an information technology consulting firm specializing in application development and managed maintenance support services for Fortune 1000 companies has an immediate need for a Senior Application Developer to work as part of a CAI team on a long term project engagement in Washington, DC. This is a full time position.

The successful candidate must have solid skills and experience in developing applications in VB 6 and/or VB.NET using SQL Server and ADO.NET and/or ADO.
The selected candidate will be mainly responsible for developing end-user tools to help with data management tasks that combine the use of those technologies with Excel and an in-house tool.

Other responsibilities will include analyzing and designing complex business systems, software products, programs, and modules as directed by the client.

Must be proficient in using Visual Basic, VBA, MS Access, PDF, and SQL Server. Must also be skillful in Windows XP and NT configuration and management; OLEDB, ADO, IIS, and writing triggers and stored procedures. MS.NET architecture highly desirable.

We are looking for highly motivated professional with AT LEAST 6 years experience working as an Application Developer. Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills are a must! Bachelor's degree required. Position is metro accessible.
