Description
CDI is seeking a Sr. level Applications Developer for our client's development team, someone with a passion for UI technologies and solid application development experience.

The desired candidate has the skills to prototype and to implement rich, interactive user interfaces and Web 2.0 applications connected to a Java backend.

This is a Direct Hire based opportunity working for a stable, well-established company.


RESPONSIBILITIES:

Experience with Javascript frameworks such as Isomorphic SmartClient, Dojo, Prototype, or jQuery.

Strong oral and written communication skills and good interpersonal skills.

Excellent technical analytical and problem solving skills.

Experienced with software engineering lifecycle methodologies including configuration management.

Ability to manage and coordinate work flow and handle multiple assignments.

Must be detail-oriented and thorough.

Team player willing to jump in and lend a hand where needed.

Four or more years of Java-based internet application experience.

UNIX experience a plus.
