We are currently seeking an individual to perform the following job duties for one of our largest clients in the Pharmaceutical industry:
Sr BA with good logical thinking skills to dig through spec's on a new E Learning system. The position will involve 30% project managing an off shore team that is in charge of maintaining and support of the Legacy E Learning management Application and 70% on the new system. The person will have to familiarize themselves with the new system and be able to answer user questions. There will be some integration involved, but no development needed.

* Coordinates all areas of system development, including preparation, execution and

installation support to assure quality system changes.
* Identifies system enhancements, document business needs and determines development impacts

to current system processing and works with programmers and users to ensure accuracy or

enhancements.

* Leads major complex projects, plans, organizes, directs and develops all aspects of assigned projects, both technical and business.

* Reviews and recommends vendor products, develops technical specifications and interfaces with other applications; and provides guidance to and reviews the work of other team members.

* Investigates ways to improve existing processes and implements process improvements.

Experience/Skills
Bachelor?????os degree Computer Science
5+ years experience in Software Development/Implementation
Good knowledge of Microsoft .NET framework is required (including ASP.net)
Experience of working with Oracle and PL/SQL.
Good HTML and Java Script writing and debugging skills.
Vendor product analysis and internal integration capabilities
Experience in offshore vendor development collaboration, testing, implementation and deployment
2 years experience in the following,: IT project technical leadership including group organization, negotiation, and making presentations in a cross-functional, matrixed team environment; MS project, IT analysis and developing n-tier global applications

Preferred qualifications:
Experience in applying best project management approaches and techniques to ensure the consistent delivery of high quality services and/or solutions, client requirements are met, and project goals are accomplished in line with business objectives.
