Description
Level: Sr. Associate
Lead business analysis, strategy and innovation in a dynamic consumer, competitiveand macroeconomic environment. Leverage market research and testing to understand customer needs. Work backwards from the customer to create new products and design effective marketing strategies. Design segmented credit policies and pricing strategies to manage the profitability of the business while effectively meeting core customer needs.

Identifies business challenges and opportunities for improvement and solves for them using analysis to make strategic or tactical recommendations. Involves problem framework, developing hypothesis, test and analysis, solutions development, scoping operational feasibility, leading implementation efforts and developing a monitoring plan.

    Experience/Skills
    Basic Qualifications:
    • Bachelors Degree
    • 1 year of experience in Business Analysis

    Preferred Qualifications:
    • Masters Degree in Business Administration (MBA)
    • CFA, SQL, SAS, FRM certifications
    • 1 Year experience in Statistical model building, market research, SQL querying
    • 2 Years experience in Business analyst in a corporate setting
    • 1 Year experience in Consulting
