We intend to be the world's best and most innovative order fulfillment and design organization to the medical device industry. Under the supervision of the Director of the Oracle Competency Center, implements and supports the deployed functional modules of the Oracle 11i E-Business Suite across the company. The primary area of responsibility will be with Human Resource processes. As one of the senior functional members of the Oracle Competency Center you will be in a position to be the driving force behind utilization of the application to implement industry standard best practices to critical business processes. Key Result Accountabilities: 1. Provide support for configuration and application of multiple functional modules. 2. Develop training material and application documentation as required. 3. Identify and test application patches prior to promotion to production. 4. Working with Oracle Technical Support on TAR resolution. Environmental Working Conditions: 1. Ability to travel globally on a limited basis. 2. Ability to analyze, understand and effectively communicate functional material to end user and upper management. 3. Ability to work in a demanding user environment.

Requirements:

1. Implementation experience and detailed understanding Oracle Human Resources, Oracle Learning Management, Oracle iRecruitment, Oracle HR Intelligence, Discoverer. 2. 5+years experience with Oracle E-Business Suite, at least 3+ years experience with Oracle 11i E-Business Suite in a diverse Manufacturing environment. 3. Minimum four years college or equivalent experience. 4. Working knowledge of Oracle configurations / setups for 11i E-Business Suite: functional module setups, profile options, flex-fields, functional module interfaces. 5. Understanding of business requirements: Define future business processes around Oracle Human Resource modules; Create detail written specifications and requirements; Educate business users; Provide guidance in data preparation and migration; Set up application modules; Support acceptance testing; and Operate within tight schedules.
