Data Management Service Manager.

Minimum of 7 yrs experience in analysis with expertise in different database areas.

***Description***

Role involves marketing and communication of service offerings with the database areas.
Service Managers are responsible for the entire global service and for the budgeting and financials associated with the database service offerings.
In addition, creating documentation, making service improvements and launching new product services are part of being a Service Manager.
Involves communications with application clients, Relationship Managers, technical members of Operations and technical members of Product Engineering.

***Required***

Candidates should have great project managements skills, good communication and presentation skills and the ability to run a meeting and follow-up on action items.

Additional Position Requirements: Familiarity with all OFFICE tools (Visio, Project, Excel, Word, Access.) General knowledge of database environments like Sybase, SQL Server, Oracle, DB2 Mainframe and distributed.
