Sr. Business Analyst/Technology Manager

Adecco Engineering and Technical, a division of the world leader in the recruitment of engineering and information technology professionals, has an immediate opening for an Sr. Business Analyst on a five month contract to hire opportunity with a leading company in Charlotte , NC .

Requirements
Successful candidates must have strong systems analysis skills.
Must be a seasoned communicator (internal and external).
User Interface Design and Back End skills are a must.
Investment Banking experience would be preferred.
Ability to work in a challenging, face paced environment is critical.

The Senior Technology Project Manager has primary responsibility for engagement of key business executives in the development of technology strategy to enable business objectives to increase revenue, improve productivity, and achieve other relevant business goals. The role is a combination of project execution, consulting, and relationship management to position GCIARM CITS&D, an internal Bank technology group, for future success. As the primary business liaison for a GCIB business unit, this position will perform client advocacy; lead account team engagement in the development of technology strategies, initiative plans, and production support plans; budgeting; and has broad responsibility for a portfolio of projects and applications for a line of business. This role is also responsible for the development of a brand and marketing strategy to define, education, and promote the value proposition associated with the client relationship management products and services. He / she will also have responsibility for creating and managing engagement model that supports CMWBT service delivery objectives and overseeing idea generation and end-end project execution.
