Responsibilities:
. Perform business process analysis, document requirements, screen layouts/process flow, test cases, and conduct thorough testing.
.Ability to interact effectively with project teams, customers, and management.
.Exhibit strong interpersonal skills.
.Work with business liaisons and IT in writing business requirements and system design, development of implementation plans including testing, workflow creation, training modules, user documents, and implementation plans.
.Ability to work on multiple projects at one time.

Experience/Skills
Minimum Requirements: .Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience. .5 years minimum experience as a business analyst. .Experience working with a standard methodology and producing deliverables. .Very strong written, oral and presentation skills. .Must be a self-starter, motivated, and bring a strong business and technical perspective to all assignments. .Experienced in all phases of the SDLC. Experience using Microsoft Office Applications. Preferred: .BSME or equivalent Engineering degree or Applied Mathematics degree and/or Metal Buildings experience .Big 4/5 Consulting Experience .Experience working with Databases (ability to retrieve, insert, update data in tables for testing purposes) .Development background (started as a developer and moved to a Business Analyst position)
