Description
This candidate must have experience with the business side, either started as a programmer and moved up Analyst or has a business background with technical experience. 20% coding on this role, 80% business analysis. Candidate really needs to be a pure analyst in nature, understanding the logical flow of questions, to be able to see the overall picture, where the problems lie and how to solve them.

Responsibilities:
* Understand and model target business process
* Create improvements, simplifications, and re-engineered business processes.
* Collaborate with business process owners
* Analyze requirements and design specifications for appropriate solutions
* Use approved technologies to enhance the productivity of business processes
- workflow, eforms/ui, database, integrations and .net applications
* Unit, functional and integration testing of solutions
* Understand and apply Development Team Mission, VAlue and Principles
* Effectively produce business value by applying technology appropriately
* Actively contribute to team by demonstrating, leading, mentoring, participating and suggesting
* Produce quality solutions through effective planning, testing engineering and collaboration
* Communicate and collaborate with construction teams

Requirements
Education: MS Computer Science, Engineering or Business preferred
5+ years in MS/.net
C#,
Design patterns,
UML,
SQL, OO and DB modeling,
MS SQL Server, 2000, 2005
Nice to have:
VB, Visual Studio, HTML, Javascript, Unit and functional testing, BPM, IIS
Bonus points for:
iMarkup, VersionOne, LogiXML, BI, Radview, Agile/SCRUM

Abilities:
