ITA is seeking a high level Business Project Manager to deliver large scale, and cross-functional projects on time and on budget. Direct team members on multiple projects to ensure they provide high quality and cost effective services; designs and develops approaches to projects, ensuring the strategic directions of projects are in line with business objectives.



Job requirements:
Bachelor's degree and 5 to 10 years cross-functional, cross-disciplinary project management and business analysis experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience writing business requirements. Experience managing complex projects with multi-month timelines. Experience managing organization change and communication issues. Experience with process improvement. Experience developing strategic business plans.

Expect knowledge of the key components of project management (e.g.-scope, time, cost, quality, human resources, communication, risk, integration) and associated tools and methodologies. Knowledge of RUP and UML.

Proficiency with MS Project, Excel, Word, Access and PowerPoint.

Project management certification

Quality management experience ( Six Sigma) desirable.
