Sr. C# Developers / Team Leads

Primary purpose of this position is to plan and manage the delivery of data warehouse systems solutions and associated application technical support services in support of business objectives and ongoing operations. This includes systems and project planning, estimating, execution, implementation and ongoing support. Individual will work closely with the functional business groups to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of systems solutions deployed in support of business goals and objectives. The position will also be responsible for application staff development and client relationship management.

JOB SUMMARY:
** Application systems/project planning, estimating, tracking and management.
** Working closely with the business functional areas, and external customers and vendors in defining systems/project priorities, scope, approach, resource requirements, timing deliverables and funding.
** Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness and effect change required for improvement.
** Provides strategic, expert advice and consultation on the design and implementation of the specific application.
** Position will provide leadership and direction to the program team and application development staff.


JOB SKILLS:
** Advanced skills in the use of personal computers and related software applications. Experience using SQL Server 2000. Extensive work with SQL stored procedures, user defined functions, cursors and query batches.
** Experience in database design, development and management
** Ability to analyze comprehensive business processes, perform in-depth work analyses, and develop computer-generated flow charts.
** Skill in examining and re-engineering operations and procedures, formulating policy, and developing and implementing new strategies and procedures.
** Knowledge of project management principles, practices, techniques, and tools.
** Ability to analyze complex problems, interpret operational needs, and develop integrated, creative solutions.
** Ability to develop project budgets and projections.

OTHER SKILLS:
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in graphical, or diagram, form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor's degree from four-year College or university; MBA preferred. At least 10 years of experience that is directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified. PMI certification is a bonus.
