Apply now for immediate consideration!Responsibilities:*Take responsibility for the development of the Windows client applications: one full-time junior developer and one part-time junior developer will assist you.*In conjunction with the Senior Web Developer, serve as architect for the Tfamily of products.*Analyze functional requirements and present/prototype technical solutions.*Design, develop, and test specific feature sets. Accurately estimate and prioritize tasks.*Mentor junior developers.Requirements:*3-5 years experience to Senior Lead level, designing and implementing n-tier solutions on Microsoft platforms.*Experience delivering commercial applications utilizing C#, WinForms, and SQL Server.*Experience in architecting, designing, and implementing SQL Server databases.*Thorough knowledge of object-oriented design and development methodology and techniques.*Full command of C# 2.0, including development best practices for security, scalability and maintainability. Familiarity with VB.NET an advantage.*Ability and willingness to lead and coach team in best practices and design patterns.*Self learner. Constantly learning new tools and utilizing them.*Experience with code generation, object-relational mapping, and data access layer tools an advantage.* Experience with unit testing, continuous integration, and Agile (any flavor) practices is an advantage.* Experience using Microsoft Enterprise Library a plus.*Strong documentation, excellent English written and oral communication.*Must be comfortable working in teams as well as running smaller projects on your own.
