Title: Sr. C++/ VC++ Developer
Location: Minneapolis, MN 55402
Duration: 6+ months contract to hire

POSITION SUMMARY:

Requirements:
-BS in Computer Science or related discipline required.

-At least 5 to 8+ years of overall development experience with at least 3+ years exp in developing software products using Visual C++, Object-Oriented and Component-based technologies.

-Must have experience in developing code using Visual C++ (Microsoft Platform) in a 3-Tiered Client Server or Web-Based Architecture.

-Must have experience in developing Server Side Business Logic Code.

-Must have experience in writing code to communicate with Relational Database Management Systems (MS SQL or Oracle).

-Exceptional analytical and problem solving skills with demonstrated ability to analyze technical information and work with a team spirit.

-Knowledge in multiple technologies/tools/languages such as C#/C++, ASP/ASP.Net, JavaScript, XML, EDI, MS SQL or Oracle, object-oriented technologies required.

-Self-motivated with strong verbal and written skills.

-Willing to learn the new skills required by the assigned tasks.


Desired:

Large project experience

Software product development experience

Financial System or E-Commerce System development experience desired.

Systems analysis and design experience preferred.

DOT Net experience desirable.df-tc
