Project Description: Candidate will have 8 - 10 years of experience in employee communications dealing with organizational change and/or marketing to employees, customers, or other publics. International communications and/or Learning and Development experience a plus. NOTE: Candidate should be prepared to provide samples of her/his work that can be reviewed by the hiring manager. The samples will be returned to the candidate at the end of the interview. Experience Desired: Demonstrated ability to analyze and interpret moderately difficult problems and through effective project execution, deliver superior business results. Demonstrated ability to individually or in team environment deliver value-added business results that meet high quality requirements within tight deadlines. Experience in meeting daily deadlines and long term project dates with creative, well-educated ideas and plans. Ability to develop and implement creative and innovative IT service descriptions, collateral or promotional materials. Demonstrated ability to creatively design collateral or promotional materials based on client specifications. Demonstrated project management experience in communications or marketing environment. Demonstrated ability to complete multiple, simultaneous projects with minimal supervision and prioritizes incoming work appropriately. Ability to conceptualize projects from start to finish to effectively manage and keep projects on schedule while adapting to sudden changes and shifting priorities. Demonstrated skill in writing for a wide variety of audiences in a wide variety of settings and forums, including the Internet. Responsibilities include: Prepare the Marketing and Communications Plans and project schedules. Coach clients on creating initial draft content of all required communications and marketing materials. Participate and/or lead market research sessions and develop appropriate recommendations based on research results. Revise Communications Plan and project schedule as needed to meet client's objectives. Manage the creation and implementation of marketing materials. Manage client review and approval process of all communications. Attend client's project meetings and other meetings as necessary to fulfill communications duties. Coach and advise clients on how to author, create, and manage online surveys and provide summary reports as a measure for success. Update Project Tracker on a weekly basis. Maintain Shared folder filing system and submit samples to Communication Manager for Marketing-Communications Team portfolio to showcase team?s work products. Provide frequent and timely updates to manager on projects. Requirements / Skills: Degree in marketing, communications or business (or equivalent education/experience). Up-to-date understanding of the corporate communications field, techniques, technology, issues, concerns, and methods.df-tc
