STATEMENT OF WORK
Crystal Report Expert



Objectives; Sr. Consultant- Crystal Report

The objectives and tasks to be performed include the following:

Develop a web application with reports designated by the Reporting Special Interest Group (SIG) using Crystal Reports including use of drill-down and graphical output capabilities
Validation of the reports created by the Reporting SIG
Create installation package for installation on individual CHD servers

Constraints

Ad hoc reports must utilize a wizard to facilitate input parameter selection and output formatting where appropriate
Reports developed must utilize the graphic output features of Crystal Reports where appropriate

Requirements of the Consultant

Demonstrated experience with the development of system reports using Crystal Reports
Demonstrated experience with the development of system queries using SQL
Demonstrated experience with the development of web applications using ASP.NET
Demonstrated experience with VB.NET and ADO.NET
Demonstrated experience with Visual Studio .NET
Contractors will be required to complete this work on site at DOH
The reports and installation package must be delivered by June 30, 2005
The following knowledge and experience will be beneficial:
Experience with accounting and statistical reporting
Experience with designing graphs and charts
Knowledge of business processes in the medical field in general and for county health departments in particular
