SENIOR CONSULTANT
Lean Agile Process Expert

Acxiom Corporation is continuing the build out of a Strategic Consulting Practice Group. A critical role exists in the consulting organization for a Lean Agile Consultant. The Strategic Consulting Practice Group is comprised of industry experts and recognized thought leaders who work in a team environment with Acxiom Solution Sales Executives in formulating Business Intelligence, Customer Relationship Marketing and Risk Mitigation Solutions to Fortune 500 Clients across multiple industry verticals.

This individual will play a key role supporting the Account Executive responsible for a major line of business in the credit acquisition group of a financial services client. They will be a SME (subject matter expert) and strategic advisor on client business processes utilizing lean agile methodologies. Acxiom consultants provide a fee-based consulting service for external clients and assist clients in maximizing their product and business effectiveness to meet their business objectives.

Duties and Responsibilities:

? Maintain a current knowledge base on the latest best practices with regards to lean process improvement around software application implementations.
? Will assist with the creation and design of lean process with the end user in mind.
? Assist the Account Executive and sales team in the presentation of lean best processes for the clients' business environment and overall business objective.
? Research and develop an understanding of the client's business objectives. Will look at all of the processes and eliminate all unnecessary steps and look for opportunities to deliver more ways to do things cheaper and better.
? Will lead Acxiom and the client in staking out a higher ground around joint process excellence.
? Assist Acxiom and the client in the removal of waste from the value chain.
? Help pull together separate marketing initiatives being used across the client's business.

Ideal Qualifications:

? Lean Agile Certification. Expert level highly desired (instructor level).
? 5-10 years minimum experience in a Lean Agile software development and implementation advisory role serving the financial services industry.
? Excellent communication skills and the ability to interface with senior executives with confidence and clarity.
? A blend of corporate and consulting experience, specifically with a large consulting firm.
? Experience in business case development would be a big plus.

The position would require up to 60% travel.

Location Preference: Texas or East coast, but home office open to all US.
