Sr. level SOA consultants- nationwide

Our client based in Southern California is seeking a senior level consultant to work with mid-size companies on a nationwide basis in achieving compliance with the Sarbannes-Oxley Act. (SOA)

The ideal individual (s) should have extensive consulting experience in several areas including:

. IT systems consulting
. Big 4 audit expertise
. strong communications skills

Duties will include compliance activities with finance department, SOX testing and evaluation of controls. Will do research on SOX, GAAP and SEC reporting requirements and establish application controls and effectiveness.

Must be willing to travel. Degree required. Excellent compensation and travel expense.
