Job Title: Sr. DBA 5-10 yrs. Experience

Job Description:
We are looking for a very Senior Level SQL DBA Analyst. This person must have a wealth of knowledge wrapped around the SQL Database environment. They must have great design skills, both the physical and logical layer. The correct candidate will be building the SQL Database from the ground up. Since they will be building the environment from scratch, they need great documentation skills: Processes, Guideline's, Standard Operating Procedures, Method of Procedures, Systems Layout's, etc.. Must have experience building the database with a Web Front End (there will be many Web interfaces). Must have heavy experience with Optimization, Performance Tuning, Triggers, DTS Packages, and Stored Procedures. Must have the ability to interact with the users and educate the users on how they Database will work, and why they must do that way. Must be able to Build Specifications then implement these spec's within the database. Must also have some backend SQL Development skills and be very process oriented. They are currently using a Access Database, so they must have the ability to transfer / migrate data from one database to another database with ZERO

- Must be able to design and develop database in Sql Server

- Must have experience in Web Enabled Applications

- Will be collecting, organizing data via multiple web interfaces

- responsible for Performance testing, patches, debugging.

- Client currently has an Access database

- Sql database will be designed and developed from scratch
