Our client is looking for a Mid - Senior Desktop Support Professional who has 3+ years of Desktop Support experience in a Windows environment with strong hands on experience supporting software, hardware and active directory. - Strong experience with Active Directory- Experience supporting over the phone and in-person for end users- Experience supporting both software and hardware- Strong communicator and problem solver- Able to multitask and handle a fast pace environment
