Description
Senior Desktop Support Specialist needed for a minimum 3-month contract assignment with the possibility of permanent hire! Our downtown Boston client has a 350-user environment running Windows 2000 on the operating system. We need someone to work in a stand-alone capacity to build, repair and support Compaq and HP computers. Must also be familiar with HP printers and APC UPS systems. Will perform troubleshooting of user issues involving MS Office 2000 and Windows 2000. Other responsibilities include updating Windows 2000 Active Directory, supporting MS Exchange, NT and 2000 server monitoring and reboot procedures.
